Before confirming your purchase, kindly review and acknowledge our "Return Policy," which governs your use of our website and the purchase of products.

All sales are considered final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds or cancellations for any products or services sold through [https://hasegawa-usa-online.com].

Exceptions to the No Return Policy
The only exceptions to our No Return Policy include:

・Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this by email within 30 days of receiving item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Hasegawa USA Inc..

・Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify us by email within 30 days of receiving item for a possible refund or exchange.

・Legal Requirements: Following applicable laws, any other conditions or circumstances where we are legally required to offer a refund will be honored.


How to Exchanges and Refunds
If you have received a defective or damaged product, or an item that is not what you ordered and you need a replacement or refund, please contact us at order@hasegawaladders.com by email within 30 days of receiving item. In that case, please provide us with the following information: 

     -purchaser’s full name
     - purchaser’s address
     - phone number
     - purchase date
     - order number
     - item name
     -「exchange」 or 「refund」 
     -  return reason
     -  preferable pickup date

  - Photos of the whole product and defects part (file format: jpeg or png)

If the ship-to address of the replacement item is different from the purchaser's name and address, please also provide the name and address of the recipient.

Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with the ship-to address and RA# (Return Authorization number) within 10 business days.

After that upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you by email, within 10 business days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
